Deze Cookieverklaring is van toepassing op de wereldwijde organisatie van de Pluxee-entiteiten (hierna aangeduid als ‘Pluxee’ of ‘wij’, of ‘onze’) voor alle dimensies en activiteiten, in alle regio's waar wij actief zijn. Waar de lokale wetgeving een hoger beschermingsniveau vereist heeft de lokale wetgeving altijd voorrang op deze Cookieverklaring.Pluxee is de Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke die de persoonlijke informatie die u op onze verschillende websites, portalen, toepassingen en platforms (‘Onze Site’) verstrekt, verzamelt en verwerkt.Met onze Cookieverklaring willen wij tonen hoe wij de privacy van alle bezoekers en gebruikers van Onze Site respecteren. Als u vragen hebt over de meer algemene verwerking van uw Persoonsgegevens op Onze Site, raadpleeg dan ons online privacyverklaring op onze Sites of neem contact met ons op door een e-mail te sturen naar het volgende e-mailadres: privacy.be@pluxeegroup.com

Alle informatie over een geïdentificeerde natuurlijke persoon of over een natuurlijke persoon die direct of indirect kan worden geïdentificeerd aan de hand van een identificatienummer of van een of meer elementen die kenmerkend zijn voor die persoon. 

Onze Site 

De website, het portaal, de toepassing of het platform van Pluxee die/dat u gebruikt. 

‘ons’ of ‘onze’ 

De Pluxee-entiteit die optreedt als verwerkingsverantwoordelijke. 

Verwerker 

Een natuurlijke of rechtspersoon, de overheidsinstantie, de dienst of enig ander lichaam dat ten behoeve van de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke Persoonsgegevens verwerkt. 

Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke 

De natuurlijke of rechtspersoon, de overheidsinstantie, de dienst of enig andere organisatie die, respectievelijk, alleen of tezamen met anderen, het doel van en de middelen voor de verwerking van Persoonsgegevens vaststelt; wanneer de doelstellingen van en de middelen voor deze verwerking in het Unierecht of het lidstatelijke recht worden vastgesteld, kan daarin worden bepaald wie de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke is of volgens welke criteria deze wordt aangewezen.

1. WAT ZIJN COOKIES EN SOORTGELIJKE TECHNOLOGIEËN?

De webbeacon werkt als een tag die het bezoek van een gebruiker aan een bepaalde webpagina of het openen van een bepaalde e-mail registreert. 

Bepaalde trackingtechnologieën zijn specifiek voor mobiele applicaties, zoals SDK's (Software Development Kit). SDK's zijn sets van tools die onze applicaties helpen te functioneren in een iOS- of Android-omgeving. SDK's helpen ons te begrijpen hoe u met onze website omgaat en bepaalde informatie te verzamelen over het apparaat en het netwerk dat u gebruikt om toegang te krijgen tot onze website. Ze helpen onze applicaties ook om met derden te communiceren via een zogenaamde Application Programming Interface of API (bijvoorbeeld bij het delen van inhoud op Facebook). SDK's kunnen vervolgens gegevens verzamelen en terugsturen naar de derde partij die ze levert (bijvoorbeeld Google, Apple, Facebook, enz.), die deze kan gebruiken om uw profiel als gebruiker van de applicatie op te stellen, dat vervolgens kan worden gebruikt voor gerichte advertenties. 

Deze trackingtechnologieën gebruiken gegevens op dezelfde manier als cookies en vallen als zodanig onder deze Verklaring.

In deze Verklaring wordt, om het begrip van ons verklaringen op onze verschillende Websites te vergemakkelijken, de term “Cookies” gebruikt voor cookies en andere soortgelijke technologieën zoals hierboven beschreven. 

2. WELKE COOKIES GEBRUIKEN WIJ?

Wij kunnen de volgende soorten Cookies gebruiken: 

  • Sessiecookies: dergelijke Cookies staan Onze Site toe om uw handelingen tijdens een sessie te linken en worden automatisch verwijderd wanneer u uw sessie op Onze Site sluit.

Meer specifiek, worden de Cookies die op Onze Site worden gebruikt als volgt ingedeeld:

A. Strikt noodzakelijke cookies 

Strikt noodzakelijke Cookies zijn Cookies die aanwezig moeten zijn zodat de Site de basisfuncties kan vervullen; zonder die Cookies zouden de Site en haar functionaliteiten niet correct werken. Zij worden gewoonlijk alleen ingesteld als reactie op door u verrichte handelingen die neerkomen op een verzoek om diensten, zoals het instellen van uw privacyvoorkeuren, inloggen of het invullen van formulieren (bijv. inschrijven voor evenementen of feedback geven). B. Functionele cookies

Functionele Cookies helpen ons de instellingen te onthouden die u hebt geselecteerd of helpen met andere functionaliteiten wanneer u Onze Site gebruikt. Dit helpt ons uw voorkeuren te onthouden wanneer u terugkeert naar Onze Site. Deze Cookies verbeteren de functionaliteit en de personalisering. Ze kunnen worden ingesteld door ons of door derden van wie wij diensten aan Onze Site hebben toegevoegd. C. Cookies voor publieksmeting

Cookies voor publieksmeting, die analytische technologieën omvatten, helpen ons met de prestaties en het ontwerp van Onze Site. Met deze functie kunnen wij meten hoe vaak een pagina is bezocht, weten welke pagina's en functionaliteiten het populairst en het minst populair zijn en zien welke handelingen bezoekers op de Site verrichten om uw ervaring te verbeteren. Deze Cookies kunnen ook bezoekers tellen die naar Onze Site zijn gekomen na het bekijken van een banneradvertentie van Pluxee op een site van een derde partij. Als u deze Cookies niet accepteert of uw toestemming intrekt, hebben wij geen ondersteunende informatie om Onze Site te verbeteren of om te bepalen hoe goed gebruikers Onze Site vinden. Met deze Cookies kunt u ons in principe laten weten hoe goed Onze Site het doet. De door deze Cookies verzamelde informatie kan ook worden samengevoegd. Met de individuele analytics, rapporten en statistieken van Onze Site kunnen wij of onze leveranciers geen individuele Gebruikers identificeren. D. Targeting cookies

Targeting en of Reclamecookies worden door ons en onze reclamepartners op Onze Site geplaatst om advertenties te tonen die relevant zijn voor u en uw interesses beter weerspiegelen dan algemene advertenties die u misschien niet interesseren. Deze Cookies kunnen sociale netwerkcookies omvatten die u in staat stellen om inhoud te delen op sociale netwerken en om de gebruiksvriendelijkheid van onze inhoud te verbeteren dankzij de deelknoppen, in het bijzonder naar Facebook, Twitter en LinkedIn.  

De sociale netwerken die de deelknoppen verstrekken, kunnen u op deze manier alleen identificeren als uw account op het desbetreffende netwerk op uw terminal geactiveerd werd. Pluxee heeft geen controle over het proces dat door sociale netwerken wordt gebruikt om informatie over u te verzamelen.  

Targeting Cookies identificeren uw browser en/of uw apparaat op unieke wijze. Als u deze cookies niet toestaat, ontvangt u geen gerichte reclame van ons via verschillende platforms. Het is echter mogelijk dat op deze platforms nog steeds onze niet-gerichte advertenties worden getoond.  

Deze Cookies verzamelen informatie over de herkomst van uw bezoek, de plaats waar u reclame van Pluxee te zien hebt gekregen, de reclamefunctie die u hebt gezien, het feit of u rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks op onze site bent terechtgekomen, het apparaat dat u hebt gebruikt om Onze Site te bezoeken en de elementen die u hebt gedownload. Daarnaast gebruiken wij ook Cookies op bepaalde delen van Onze Site om te communiceren met externe dataleveranciers om uw digitale gedrag te extrapoleren. Dit helpt ons uw gedrag te begrijpen en in de toekomst relevantere reclame te bieden.

3. HOE LANG WORDEN COOKIES BEWAARD?

Sessiecookies worden automatisch verwijderd wanneer u uw sessie afsluit. Permanente Cookies worden maximaal 13 maanden op uw apparaat opgeslagen, tenzij u de Cookies verwijdert via de instellingen van uw browser en de cache van uw browser wist. In de Cookie-instellingen op onze website vindt u meer informatie over de termijn van elke Cookie die op onze site wordt gebruikt.   

 

4. HOE BEHEER IK COOKIES OP ONZE SITE?

Wanneer u Onze Site voor het eerst bezoekt, verschijnt er een banner om uw toestemming voor het gebruik van Cookies te verkrijgen.  

Zolang u geen keuze hebt gemaakt, blijft deze banner zichtbaar, in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke regelgeving en worden er geen Cookies (behalve Strikt noodzakelijke Cookies) op uw apparaat geïnstalleerd.  

Wanneer u ervoor kiest Cookies te weigeren, wordt een opt-out Cookie op uw apparaat geplaatst, zodat wij kunnen registreren dat u bezwaar maakt tegen het gebruik van Cookies. Om de zes (6) maanden verschijnt de Cookiebanner opnieuw en vragen wij u om uw keuze voor het plaatsen van Cookies te bevestigen. Als u de opt-out cookie verwijdert (bijvoorbeeld door het cachegeheugen van uw browser te wissen of door de privacymodus te gebruiken), kan niet langer worden vastgesteld dat u zich hebt uitgeschreven voor het gebruik van Cookies. Daardoor zal u de volgende keer dat u Onze Site bezoekt opnieuw om uw toestemming voor het gebruik van Cookies gevraagd worden.  

Voor Strikt noodzakelijke Cookies is uw toestemming niet vereist.  Voor Functionele Cookies, Cookies voor publieksmeting en Targeting Cookies kunt u op elk moment uw toestemming geven of weigeren door:

Voor sociale netwerkcookies kunt u het relevante verklaring van het sociale netwerk raadplegen voor informatie over de doeleinden waarvoor de via deelknoppen verzamelde informatie gebruikt wordt en over de manier waarop u uw keuze kunt uitoefenen.   

 

5. WIJZIGINGEN IN DEZE COOKIEVERKLARING 

Wij kunnen deze Cookieverklaring indien nodig wijzigen. Merk op dat deze verklaring kan gewijzigd worden door de toekomstige inwerkingtreding van nieuwe toepasselijke regelgeving of wetten, en in het bijzonder de e-privacyverordening in de Europese Unie. Als deze Verklaring wordt gewijzigd, kan het tot dertig werkdagen duren voordat de nieuwe privacypraktijken worden toegepast. Controleer deze pagina regelmatig als u op de hoogte wilt blijven van eventuele wijzigingen. Wijzigingen in deze verklaring kunnen er ook toe leiden dat de Cookiebanner opnieuw verschijnt.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES ?

Cookies are small files, downloaded on your device when you access Our Site, with the aim to recognize your device or to store information about your preferences or past actions. They are used to help you navigate efficiently and perform certain functions on all our different Sites. C. AUDIENCE MEASUREMENT COOKKIES

Audience measurement Cookies, which include analytics technologies, help us with the performance and design of Our Site. This function allows us to measure how many times a page has been visited, to know which pages and functionalities are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the Site to improve your experience. Those Cookies might also count visitors who have come to Our Site after having viewed a Pluxee banner ad on a third-party site. D.TARGETING COOKIES

Targeting, and or “advertising” Cookies are installed on Our Site by us and our advertising partners to present advertisements that are relevant to you and better reflect your interests instead of generic advertisements that might not interest you. These cookies can include social network Cookies that allow you to share content on social networks and to improve the user-friendliness of our content thanks to the sharing buttons, in particular towards Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. The social networks that provide the sharing buttons may identify you through this process only if your account on the relevant network was activated on your terminal. Pluxee does not have control over the process used by social networks to collect information about you. Targeting Cookies uniquely identify your browser and/or your device. 3. HOW LONG ARE COOKIES STORED ?

Session Cookies are automatically deleted when you close your session. Persistent Cookies will be stored on your device for a maximum duration of 13 months unless you clear the Cookies using your browser settings and erase your browser cache. More information on the duration of each Cookie used on Our Site can be found in the Cookie Settings in the footer of the page on our Site or in our Privacy notice.  

 

4. HOW TO MANAGE COOKIES ON OUR WEBSITE  ?
