How to use your card?

Your card is ready to use right away. You do not need to activate it or create an account:

  1. Indicate in-store that you would like to pay with a Pluxee gift voucher
  2. Simply insert it into the payment terminal
  3. Enter the PIN code you received separately

How can I check the amount loaded onto my Pluxee Gift Card? 

The loaded amount is printed on the back of your Pluxee Gift Card.
The remaining balance will be printed on the receipt provided by the merchant. Don’t forget to ask for it after your purchase.

How can I check the expiration date of the amount on my Pluxee Gift Card?

The expiration date is indicated on the back of the Pluxee Gift Card, on the first line.

I forgot the PIN code of my Pluxee Gift Card, what should I do? 

If you forgot your PIN code, please contact directly the person or company who offered you the Pluxee Gift Card so they can assist you.

I lost my Pluxee Gift Card, what should I do? 

In case of loss or theft, the Pluxee Gift Card unfortunately cannot be replaced.
